Ideal 4–6 weeks out, we'll review your plans, identify missing details or potential issues, and help make sure nothing important has been overlooked.

3 Months Before Wedding Coordination + Day of Coordination

Ideal for the couple who has done most of the planning but needs professional coordination to tie everything together and manage the final stretch.

Wedding Coordination Package Includes:

• Unlimited correspondence with your coordinator during the final month

• Venue walkthrough to review layout and flow

• Rehearsal orchestration

• Vendor communication beginning one month prior

• Creation and distribution of detailed day-of itinerary

• Set-up and placement of personal items (favors, escort cards, signage, etc.)

• Day-of management (8 hours)
